• BJC HealthCare MedGroup is now hiring a Full-Time Float Reg Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA) to Float between locations.

   

  As a Float - Medical Assistant, you will be a Full-Time BJC employee who Travels to provide coverage to multiple BJC MedGroup sites/locations in the preferred region, as well as the general St. Louis Metro area which is determined by the greatest need.

   

  Float MA’s are responsible for covering shifts of employees on PTO, Leave, vacation, sick, etc.

   

  Flexibility and adaptability are needed as the Float MA will NOT have a home location. Float MA’s will be called every morning between 6:30am-7:30am to be informed on their assigned work location for the day. 

   

  Position Details:

  • Up to $2,500 SIGN On BONUS Eligible!!!!
  • Day Shift hours
  • CMS or RMA through (AAMA, AMT, NCCT, or NHA)
  • Must provide proof of MA Certification or Registration upon hiring
  • 2 years of Medical Assistant experience
  • This position requires ability to travel between multiple locations
  • Mileage reimbursement
  • Float differential of $5/per hour!
  • Subject to travel outside of primary Region
