The Child Life Specialists at Cincinnati Children's are committed to the practice of family-centered care by promoting play, education, developmental and psychosocial support. We are an integral part of the health care team who can support the child's outpatient visit and inpatient stay. Child Life Specialists can minimize stress and maximize coping of patients and families.
We are recruiting for a Certified Child Life Specialist for the Emergency Department. The schedule is a 4-week rotation schedule, covering both day shift and mid shift.
Qualifications: To be considered, candidates must have a Bachelor degree in a related field, and completion of child life internship under the supervision of a certified CLS. Must be certified as a Child Life Specialist within one year of hire.

Qualifications
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Required:
Bachelor's degree in a related field
0 - 2 years of work experience in a related job discipline
Completion of child life internship under the supervision of a certified CLS
CCLS within one year of hire
