As a Social Worker position and part of the Primary Care - Mental Health Integration (PC-MHI) team your primary focus will be for diagnostic/psychological assessments, treatment, and other clinical functions. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
