The License Professional Mental Health Counselor (Health Behavior Coordinator and Primary Care Mental Health Integration Counselor) is a full-time position aligned under the Behavioral Health Careline/MH ICC. The Syracuse VAMC has a large mental health service located in a highly complex (complexity level 1C) VA facility, covering thirteen (13) counties and including seven (7) CBOCs.
