The Senior Social Worker is assigned to the Veterans Care and Transition Service at the Beaumont Community Outpatient Center. He/She independently will provide clinical psychosocial and case management services at an advanced practice level to eligible active duty service members, veterans and their family members to meet biological, psychological, social, and environmental needs.
