The Senior Social Worker practices in the Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Program and serves a patient population with highly complex health and mental health problems. The incumbent serves as an outreach specialist and case manager for the HCHV program. The Senior Social Worker is administratively responsible for clinical program development and is accountable for clinical program effectiveness and modification of service patterns.
