Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team and under the direction of the Nurse Manager and Senior Director, you will provide diagnostic assessment, counseling, education, and support to addicts and their caregivers to aid in their recovery. You will also follow-up with patients utilizing outpatient, inpatient and community- based services to ensure continuity of care.
Minimum required qualifications:
High School Graduate or GED
Successful completion of a Drug and Alcohol Counseling Program
Previous experience with the treatment of alcohol substance abuse
NYS CASAC and BCLS certifications
