Brief Description: As a LCSW or LPC you would provide psychotherapy counseling and case management to individuals, couples, families and groups, in a community based outpatient mental health program. Actively participate in joint case planning and coordination with an interdisciplinary team and agency psychiatrist. Ability to prepare concise and complete treatment notes using the EHR system. Provide Crisis intervention counseling on a rotation basis. This is a Full time exempt position with full benefits starting the 1st of the month after hire date.
