MCHC Health Centers (MCHC) is currently seeking a CA. licensed, Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our innovative primary care behavioral health team. Our team works with patients of all ages and primarily sees patients in 1:1 brief intervention counseling sessions and also takes warm hand-offs from the primary care team.
The MCHC care team consists of physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, psychiatrists, behavioral health counselors, nurses, and case managers. Each member of our team is dedicated to the consistent implementation of clinical protocols for the treatment of various chronic conditions.
Within our clinic(s) you will:
Provide individual therapy in an integrated primary care setting
Work Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00 (or Tuesday-Friday if a 4 day work week is preferred)

Additional Salary Information: Salary structure includes competitive base salary plus monthly incentives. Total annual salary range for a full-time employee (40 hrs week) is expected to be $90,000 - $100,000.
