Theincumbent shall be responsible for providing a full range of physical therapyservices including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventionsin an interdisciplinary environment, consistent with the position'squalifications, professional practices and ethical standards.The incumbent shall also demonstrateaccountability for and contribution to program development, qualityimprovement, problem solving and productivity enhancement in a flexibleinterdisciplinary fashion.
LICENSES/ CERTIFICATIONS / EDUCATION / TRAINING / EXPERIENCE:
Current licensureas a Physical Therapist by the State of California
Current AHA âBLS
Graduate of anAmerican Physical Therapy Associations accredited Physical Therapy degree program
Experience inworking with an adult and geriatric population is necessary
Experience witha disabled population in a hospital setting is desirable
Must be able tofollow instructions, work quickly and accurately in a fast paced environment
Analytical andgrammatical skills are necessary to communicate effectively, verbally and inwriting
