The Social Worker (Treatment Coordinator) will provide leadership in partnering with families and appropriate others in the community to assure that the therapeutic needs of a designated caseload of troubled children are adequately addressed in a treatment foster care and/or parent-child foster care setting. In each case the Social Worker will assure that the services delivered both to the target child/adolescent and to the family are individualized, appropriate to need, child centered, family focused, culturally competent, strengths based, and goal driven.

Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Social Work
