Maintains a caseload of families involved in Early Intervention and completes all mandated work. Actively involved in the training and orientation of new staff. As necessary, assist with monthly tracking of Annual/Exit BDI lists. Works with the Hudson County Targeted Evaluation Teams and Service Coordinators to ensure adherence to NJEIS Policy and best practices. As necessary, oversees twice weekly broadcast of eligible children and related duties. As necessary assist with LEA notification to the Board of Education. Participates in program development, makes recommendations to Director/Program Coordinator for program growth. Participates in all departments, hospital and outside agency/institution committees as assigned/delegated. Prepares/maintains unit readiness for inspections, surveys, ensures program compliance with all standards. Works jointly with Director/Program Coordinator to meet department's internal goals and strategic metrics. Takes responsibility for professional growth.
Masters Degree in Social Work – LSW in the State of New Jersey. Experience - one year experience in public health, or with handicapped or chronically ill children. Minimum of 1 year Service Coordination experience working in an Early Intervention Program.
