As the System Director for the Care Coordination & Social Work Departments, you will provide the administrative and clinical leadership to fulfill our mission of helping patients and families maintain the quality of their lives while coping with injury or illness. You will help lead interdisciplinary committees and provide care coordination management that’s both local and system-wide. The operational structure of the departments, their financial performance and developing strategic initiatives are among the major responsibilities of this senior leadership role.
We are seeking a candidate with at least 10 years’ experience at the Department Director level, and preferably at a system level. A minimum of an MBA or master’s degree in a related field is also needed, and doctoral preparation is preferred. You must also have current licensure or eligibility in either Nursing or Social Work in California. Additional requirements include Accredited Case Management (ACM) or Case Management Certification (CMS/CCM), and demonstrated success in leading innovative programs and building relationships with community providers.
